My mom and I went shopping at Barnes and Noble yesterday. ♥

Barnes and Noble is, next to Aeropostale, by favorite store. Every day I seam to become a more avid reader, and what better store for a reader/writer than a bookstore like Barnes and Noble?
You can find basically any book imaginable there. Wandering through the maze of bookshelfs, browsing through only the spines of books might be boring to others, but to me it is a fun pastime! :) I also like how the shop has a convienient café. Yesterday while my mom and I were there, we each got a hot chocolate while we browsed. It was very chocolatey. ^^;

I bought three books at Barnes and Noble:

· Deenie by Judy Blume
· I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You by Ally Carter
· The Truth About Forever by Sarah Dessen

I had to sit down and read the first couple of pages of The Truth About Forever to decide if I should buy that or This Lullaby, also by Sarah Dessen. They are both romances; I knew I would buy one so I decided on The Truth About Forever. It just seemed more interesting to me (the plot is about a girl who's boyfriend is at summer camp for the summer, and while he's away, she meets a new boy that she likes).

Reading books lead me to explain the poll on the sidebar.
I'm thinking about writing book reviews, due to how much I like reading these days. Not only that, but I would replace the advice column with the book reviews page. No one is really sending in questions to the advice column anymore, so I thought, what's the point of having it up if no one will use it? I want to know if you, the visitors, think the advice column is helpful or if I should just replace it with a book reviews page. Please vote in the poll if you'd like to plant a smile on my face. :) Thanks!

On another note...

HAPPY NEW YEARS! ^^;
He he, it's the last day of 2009! I wish you all a happy new year of 2010. It will take me a while to get used to writing mm/dd/10 on my papers in school, but I don't know about you. XD

So I was on Yahoo checking my email, and a Yahoo add caught my eye. It said something like, What is your horoscope for 2010? I curiously clicked on it which brought me to read my 2010 romance horoscope (I'm a cancer). Here's part of the horoscope:

"As far as romance in general goes, however, it's more a good year than a bad one. May and June in particular will see new romantic opportunities coming your way"

Hmm...well even though I'm too young for romance I got a kick out of this horoscope. XD

Welcome, 2010! Happy new year, you guys. ^^;
